On November 27, Huasheng New Energy officially launched the world's first rectangular battery heterojunction module product, Everest G12R series.
According to Huasheng, Everest G12R is based on HJT3.0 high-efficiency battery technology, using 182 mm * 105 mm rectangular silicon wafer, integrating double-sided microcrystalline, SMBB, light conversion film, butyl rubber and other processes, the conversion efficiency of Everest G12R components is over 23%, the highest output power can reach 640 W, and the maximum output power can reach 640 W. It is about 20 W higher than rectangular module products of the same version of other technologies.
Compared with the traditional 182 mm square wafer, the increased area of the rectangular silicon wafer helps the module to achieve a power increase of nearly 40W, which can save a series of costs such as brackets and cables, and further reduce the cost of BOS. Under the condition of keeping the module width of 1134mm unchanged, Huasheng comprehensively considered the differentiated application needs of different scenarios, applied rectangular batteries, and developed three different versions of module products:
G12R-96 module, with a maximum output power of 460 W and a maximum conversion efficiency of 23.0%, for household use.
The G12R-108 module, with a maximum output power of 520 W and a maximum conversion efficiency of 23.4%, is developed for industrial and commercial scenarios.
The G12R-132 module has a maximum output power of 640W and a maximum conversion efficiency of 23.7%, and is developed for large power plants.
