The total investment of the project is 5175.07 million yuan , including the construction of factory buildings, control rooms, production supporting materials warehouses, R & D buildings, dormitory buildings, etc. The total construction area of the project is 554140. 53 square meters, including factory buildings, warehouses, office buildings and dormitories. The investment in civil engineering is 303864 million yuan, and the investment in equipment and technology is 1890 million yuan. The production process comprises the following steps of: manufacturing lead powder, casting a grid, manufacturing a paste coated plate, curing and drying a polar plate, assembling, adding acid, performing battery formation, performing battery post-treatment, and preparing acid. After the
project is put into operation, the company is expected to produce 27 million kVAh lead-carbon batteries annually.
