According to the announcement, Zhao Yunsong joined Daqo Energy in May 2007, and successively served as the director of rectification workshop, the deputy general manager of Xinjiang Daqo Lvchuang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and the manager of Daqo Energy Technology Department. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Zhao Yunsong did not directly hold the company's shares.
