两广市场。据市场反馈，近期广东地区疫情基本得以控制，需求基本恢复至正常水平6-7成水平左右，水泥价格全面上涨，混凝土生产成本增加，价格暂稳运行。现广州地区C30非泵送含税主流到位价基本在520-550元/方左右。广西方面，混凝土企业出货量整体在缓慢提升，施工企业资金紧张，市场需求不及预期，整体工地复工进度明显晚于去年，价格持稳运行。
两湖市场。本周湖北市场需求提升一般，混凝土 发运量继续呈小幅增加趋势，但市场需求依旧偏弱，部分地区混凝土价格弱势下行。目前武汉地区C30非泵送含税主流到位价基本在410-440元/方左右。预计短时间内市场恢复情况有限，且材料价格继续下行，混凝土价格短期内继续偏弱为主。据了解，受制于项目资金问题，湖南地区工程进度缓慢，混凝土市场需求不及往年同期。且目前市场依然处于缓慢恢复阶段，竞争情况依旧存在，材料价格继续下行，混凝土价格稳中有跌。
河南地区材料价格继续维持震荡，混凝土生产成本整体波动不明显，市场需求提升仍然不明显，混凝土价格整体暂无较大变动。
