< P > < FONT face = Verdana > On October 30, 2009, China Construction Industry Association announced the selection results of the 2009 Luban Award for Chinese Construction Projects (Overseas Projects). The production line project of Vietnam Fushan Cement Company with a daily output of 5000 tons of clinker contracted by Suzhou Sinoma won the "Luban Award". < P > < FONT face = Verdana > The 5,000t/d clinker production line of Vietnam Fushan Cement Co., Ltd. is located at the confluence of Jintai River and Ham River in Jinmen County, Haiyang Province, Vietnam, 70km from Hanoi in the west and 55km from Haiphong in the east. The project is to build a clinker production line with a daily output of 5000 tons, with an annual output of 1.55 million tons of cement clinker and 1.8 million tons of cement, which is invested and constructed by Taiwan Happy Cement Co., Ltd. in Vietnam. < P > < FONT face = Verdana > This project is the first overseas general contracting project with a daily cement output of 5,000 tons in China's cement industry. It is the first cement project that mainly uses Chinese equipment, is designed by Chinese people and acts as the general contractor of the project, and adopts Chinese standards for acceptance. It is designed by Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute and contracted by Suzhou Sinoma Construction Co., Ltd. The project was started in October 2003, successfully ignited on May 17, 2005, and the first feeding was successful. The final acceptance was on December 21. After the feeding, the production line has been stable at more than 5500 t/d. As of May 30, 2009, more than 6.3 million tons of qualified clinker have been produced, the heat consumption of clinker is 3032kJ/kg, the operation is stable, the parameters are normal, and these indicators are in the leading level in similar production lines. < P > < FONT face = Verdana > At the beginning of the project, the company formulated the plan of creating excellence in time, issued and implemented the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Demonstration Project of Excellent Construction Technology, which clearly requires all specialties and departments to follow the principle of "advanced technology, reliable production, reasonable economy, energy saving and environmental protection" in the process of creating the demonstration project. Focus on strengthening the quality control of all links in the whole process, intensive cultivation in construction, meticulous carving in technology and standardized operation in management, so as to comprehensively improve the level of construction technology and ensure the steady improvement of the overall level of process quality of the project. In view of the difficulties such as large interface size of production line structures, large and many diameters of silo buildings, many groups of accurate reservation and embedding, and high requirements for hoisting and assembly of large equipment, 6 items and 12 sub-items of 10 new technologies promoted by the Ministry of Construction are adopted, which not only ensures that the concrete components of engineering buildings and structures are strong inside and beautiful outside, the geometric dimensions are accurate, and the column and beam nodes are clear and straight, but also ensures that the construction is completed. The settlement is uniform and stable, the installation is accurate, the operation is stable, the function meets the requirements of environmental protection, and remarkable economic benefits have been achieved. < P > < FONT face = Verdana > In more than one year of project construction, the company has overcome many difficulties such as the impact of "SARS", poor construction conditions and the sharp rise in international building materials prices, adopted advanced construction technology, strengthened management and strictly controlled the quality of the project. Finally, the project construction task was completed with high quality and efficiency, and a song of friendship between China and Vietnam was composed. The whole plant has completed 13,000 tons of equipment installation, 15,000 tons of steel structure fabrication and installation, 120,000 cubic meters of civil concrete and 12,000 tons of steel bars. The owner is very satisfied with the progress and quality of the project. < P > < FONT face = Verdana > The production line mainly adopts complete sets of high-quality cement equipment in China, combined with a small amount of European and American equipment, and the design and production process have reached the international advanced level. < P > < FONT face = Verdana > The successful completion of the Fushan Project marks that China's large-scale cement complete equipment and cement engineering construction technology have reached a new height, and also changes the Vietnamese prejudice against China's cement technology, laying a solid foundation for China's cement industry to further expand the Vietnamese market. It has a positive impact on the rapid development of China's cement engineering construction industry into the international market and is of milestone significance. After the completion of the Fushan Project, Vietnam began to use Chinese cement equipment and technology. Up to now, 12 cement production lines in Vietnam have been equipped, designed and constructed by China. < P > < FONT face = Verdana > Founded in 1987, the Luban Award for Chinese Construction Engineering is named after Lu Ban, an outstanding talent and skilled craftsman in ancient Chinese architecture.
